About Nomadists

Hosted by Indy & Kitty Karveli
A family of 9. A van. A philosophy. A refusal to live by default.

Nomadists is a quiet rebellion against the idea that you have to choose between freedom and responsibility.

It’s not about escape.
It’s not about living in a van (though we do).
It’s not about minimalism for minimalism’s sake.

It’s about designing a life that moves with you—mentally, emotionally, practically.

Because you don’t have to burn your life down to live differently.
You just have to stop living on autopilot.

Through weekly essays, our podcast, and a series of lived principles we call The Nomadist Rulebook, we explore what it means to:

  • Let go of what no longer serves
  • Move with clarity, not chaos
  • Raise grounded kids in a world full of noise
  • Build systems for presence, not performance
  • Live light—but not small

We talk about identity, stillness, systems, work, parenting, creativity, rest, reconnection—and how to move through it all with more meaning and less friction.

This isn’t a lifestyle brand.
It’s a life philosophy.
Rooted in 8 principles:
Living Light. Life by Design. Connection Without Clutter. Stillness in Motion. Space to Create. Time Freedom & Fluid Income. The Nomadist Self. A Life That Ripples.

If you’ve ever felt the quiet ache for something simpler, slower, and more true—you’re in the right place.

Who We Are

We’re Indy & Kitty Karveli.
We’ve been together 20 years, raising 7 kids, running businesses from the road, and choosing rhythm over routine.
We’re based everywhere—and grounded in what matters most.

Nomadists is where we share that process.

Not as experts.
As fellow humans in motion.

Where to Start

This is modern nomadism.
Not about travel. About truth.
Not about downsizing. About design.
Not about saying no. About finally saying yes—to a life that fits.

Welcome.
